ABOUT OUR BEEF:
All of our beef is sold by the whole, half or quarter directly to customers in the fall. Our meats are organically
grown using only sustainable practices. Our animals are all natural and contain no antibiotics, hormones or steroids.
All of our meat is grown and finished on the farm. ·
WITH YOUR ORDER:
You will get approximately 1/3 roasts, 1/3 steaks, and 1/3 hamburger.
Please call for availability as early in the season as you can. All of our beef sells out.
All of our meat is cut by a professional butcher to your specifications.
The meat is hung for up to two weeks, vacuum sealed and flash frozen to assure the highest quality.
Packaging is done to accommodate your family size.
Some of our customers split a half between two or more households.
You will need a stand-alone freezer for your beef.
